KLAX Pedagogy

KLAX pedagogy was developed by Antje Bostelmann in 1990 and, since then, she and her team have been developing it further, refining and testing it in KLAX kindergartens, schools and adult education facilities.
KLAX pedagogy has now been around for 20 years. It is a content-based and methodical approach that always proceeds from the needs of the child and/or the person to be taught/cared for. KLAX pedagogy is a skills-oriented form of pedagogy which focuses on the individual, supporting individuals in their development and education.
KLAX pedagogy is designed methodologically in such a way that it always drives forward its own development.
KLAX pedagogy aims to provide people with a comprehensive education, takes the personal worlds of people into consideration and has such an influence on the future that the KLAX children of today are world citizens and parents of tomorrow with a sense of responsibility.

Quotes about the KLAX Pedagogy
“I have been following the development of KLAX for more than ten years. KLAX places emphasis on the quality of its education for children and adolescents. The educators enjoy excellent further training there. KLAX develops the contents of its services further and this brings forth a great deal of useful knowledge. This knowledge is passed on and implemented in their own books and in other pedagogical materials.” - Inge Johansson, Department for Didactic Science and Early Childhood Education, University of Stockholm
"KLAX – pedagogical institutions as the answer to the challenges facing society? Far more than an educational concept for kindergartens and schools. An answer to the needs of children and parents today! Scientifically substantiated, anchored in practice, future-oriented pedagogy. It’s great that KLAX exists!“ - Ingeborg Becker-Textor, graduate educator; Dr. Martin R. Textor, graduate educator - Institute for Pedagogy and Future Research (IPZF) Würzburg, provider of the popular online platform kindergartenpaedagogik.de
