Liability for contents

The contents of our web pages have been compiled with the greatest of care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness or up-to-dateness of the contents. According to § 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act), as a services provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages in compliance with general legislation. However, § 7 (2) TMG states that service providers are not obliged to monitor or, under certain circumstances to research into any information they have conveyed or saved from external sources which may constitute an infringement of the law. Any obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation shall remain unaffected. However, a liability in this respect is only possible as from the point in time at which knowledge has been gained concerning a concrete violation of the law. In cases where such violations of the law become apparent, any and all such contents shall be removed immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to the external websites of third parties over which we have no influence. For this reason, we are unable to accept any liability for the contents of external links. The respective provider or operator of the linked websites shall be responsible for the contents of these at all times. Any linked websites were checked for infringements of the law at the time the links were established. Illegal contents could not be found at the time the links were established. However, without specific information concerning infringements of the law, it is not reasonable to monitor the contents of external websites on a permanent basis. If knowledge is gained concerning any infringements of the law, we shall remove said links immediately.

If a user registers for different KLAX offers and products on the Internet, it is sometimes necessary to collect personal data in the respective registration forms in order to process or execute these or to make contact with the registered user.

The operators of these web pages retain the right to undertake legal steps if any unrequested advertising information is sent, for example, in the form of spam mails.
